Attorney General Set to Appeal Federal Judge Ruling
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel is expected to appeal a federal judge's ruling that struck down the state's 12-week abortion ban Friday.This according to KNWA sources. Saturday is the deadline for such an appeal. The bill's sponsor, St. Sen. Jason Rapert, has scheduled a morning news conference. Last month, a judge ruled the portion of the 2013 law banning all abortions after 12 weeks unconstitutional.
