WEST LITTLE ROCK, AR-- Deputies in West Little Rock finally caught up to a man they've been after since last Monday. That's when investigators say Cody Cortinez fired at least three shots into an SUV during a fit of road rage. Three of the people inside the car say Cortinez got angry because they were driving slow on icy roads. They told investigators that Cortinez blocked them in, got out of his car and started shooting as they tried to drive away. No one was hit but one of the passengers was cut by shattered glass. Meanwhile, deputies caught up to Cortinez on Saturday. He faces five felony charges. Records show he's also a convicted felon paroled from state prison last October.
