WASHINGTON COUNTY, AR-- KNWA is your local election headquarters and early voting started Tuesday, April 1st, in parts of our area. Until next Monday, people living in West Fork can choose who they want to be their next mayor after Frances Hime's sudden resignation back in November. In Prairie Grove, voters will decide if the city annexes a strip of land just south of Highway 62, along the town's southern border. Early voters can come to the Washington County Courthouse on North College Avenue from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday until April 7th. The election is April 8th.
