EF1 Tornado Touchdown Confirmed in Arkansas

BEEDEVILL, AR-- An EF1 tornado was caught on camera in Arkansas over the weekend.

Now the National Weather Service is now confirming the tornado touched down in Beedeville Friday.

The 50-yard-wide twister reached winds of 110 miles per hour and was on the ground for two miles.

We've now learned several business and hotels were damaged, including a daycare where a nine-year old and mother in a car suffered minor injuries.

The National Weather Service has released pictures of damage from that possible tornado.

Tonight, the clean up is still underway across the area.

This makes the ninth tornado in Arkansas this year.
