Heroin Use Hits Home in Arkansas

Heroin use around the Natural State is gradually on the increase. According to the state's health department, there have been 27 heroin-related deaths between 2000 and 2012. The 2013 numbers have not yet been released. Doctors say many addicts are shifting from more costly and more difficult to get prescription Opiates, to heroin, as a cheaper alternative.
