POPE COUNTY, AR-- Round two of severe weather, socking parts of the country, including the Natural State again.

The heavy rainfall, leading to flash flooding in Mena and high water rescues in Texas. More than 30,000 homes were left without power in the Dallas area Thursday night but remarkably, no one was hurt.

Parts of Pope county received more than six inches of rain causing problems for cleanup and recovery efforts after April's deadly tornado. According to the National Weather Service, some of the damage in Russellville may have been caused by a brief tornado.
