Two Arrested for Looting in Tornado Damaged Area

VILONIA, AR - Two men have been arrested for looting in a Vilonia neighborhood.

It happened on Tuesday night. James Howard, 29, of Morrilton and Dustin Houston, 27, of Conway, are accused of trying to steal copper wiring.

Both appeared in a Faulkner County court this morning and were ordered held on $10,000 bond each. They're both charged with Theft of Property, Criminal Trespass, Obstruction of Governmental Operations, Possessing Instruments of Crime.
