Meet the Doctor

Hollis T. Rogers, III, M.D.

Hollis Rogers, III, M.D. was born and raised in Northwest Louisiana. He is the son of a successful doctor and grew up with the understanding of how important it is to offer dependable patient care to the people of a community.

In 2006 Dr. Rogers visited Northwest Arkansas, along with his wife and two sons, and fell in love with the community and beautiful landscape. Dr. Rogers moved to Northwest Arkansas following a Colon and Rectal Surgical fellowship at Louisiana State University at Shreveport where he also graduated from Medical School, completed his internship and residency.

Dr. Rogers is board certified with the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.

In recent years Dr. Rogers has extensive experience in some of the most state of the art, minimally invasive surgical techniques. These include the da Vinci robot assist colon surgery for colon resections as well as the InterStim neurostimualation for fecal incontinence. Dr. Rogers prides himself on keeping up with state of the art and cutting edge techniques for surgical intervention to reduce pain, hospital stay, and recovery time for his patients.

Dr. Rogers also offers medical treatment, as well as surgical treatment for all colon and rectal issues including colon cancer, colon polyps, colon cancer screening, rectal cancer, fissure, fistula, rectal polyp, hemorrhoids, rectal abscess, Crohn’s disease, colitis, proctitis, constipation, diarrhea, diverticular disease, IBS, levator syndrome, rectocele, enterocele, and rectal bleeding. In addition to minimally invasive techniques, he also performs: abdominal surgery (other laparoscopic techniques), colonoscopy, Endorectal ultrasound, anal manometry, restorative proctocolectomy, and Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery (TEM) for rectal tumors.
