Tevin Wooten joined KNWA (NBC) & FOX-24 in June 2014. He reports during weekdays & weekends at 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. newscast.
Wooten grew up in Camden, Arkansas and is a recent broadcast-journalism graduate at the University of Arkansas. He was also a news & weather intern with the station in 2013.
Since joining KNWA & FOX-24, Tevin has covered a wide-range of stories such as a four-day manhunt for an armed and dangerous man in three major cities in Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas-Missouri Railroad Train Collision in Brentwood.

Wooten recently broke the story of a masseur arrested following sexual assault allegations. Wooten’s exclusive report resulted in more victims, gathering courage, to open-up with police and file a complaint with detectives.
In 2014, Wooten was a part of the award-winning newscast, that was live on the scene following devastating tornadoes in Vilonia and Central Arkansas.
While he isn’t at the station, Tevin enjoys calling the Hogs. As a native Arkansan, Wooten understands the values important to the state. He credits the small-town feel in Camden, for growing his leadership roles and broadcast journalism abilities.
