Recipe: Rocky Road Popcorn Balls
-6 cups popcorn, unbuttered
-2 cups M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies
-1 3/4 cups Peanuts
-2 tablespoons unsalted butter
-4 cups miniature marshmallows
In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter and marshmallows until melted. Stir often.
In a large bowl, combine popcorn, 1 1/2 cups M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies and peanuts. (Place remaining 1/2 cup M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies in a bowl and set aside.)
Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture until well coated.
Coat hands in butter and form popcorn balls, and roll in remaining M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies.
Recipe makes about 12 popcorn balls.
