Parmesan Dusted Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing & Chick Peas

Parmesan Dusted Chicken Wings

20 large Tyson® Frozen Chicken Wings (can also use Tyson® Fresh Chicken Wings)
2 tablespoons Weber® Kickin Chicken Blend Seasoning
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, powder
2 cups oil, for frying

•Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
•Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
•Thaw wings, and then dry thoroughly.
•Combine Weber® Kickin Chicken Blend Seasoning and parmesan cheese powder.
•Season wings on all sides with Weber® and cheese blend seasoning.
•Heat 2 cups of oil in a medium skillet and fry wings turning them every 2 minutes until all sides have been fried.
•Remove wings from skillet and place on baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and 180 degrees for bone in raw chicken products.

Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grain mustard
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mascarpone
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
Splash hot sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste

•Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth using an emersion mixer.

Chick Peas
6 strips bacon, diced
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste

•Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until bacon becomes crisp and fat has rendered.
•Add onion and sauté another 2 minutes with the bacon.
•Place drained garbanzo beans in a bowl and season with Tone’s® Salt & Pepper and fresh parsley.
•Add bacon and onions and serve with wings.
