Honey Lime Marinated Chicken Wings
Ingredients
10 Tyson® IF Chicken Wings (can also use fresh)
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1-1/2 teaspoons lime peel, grated
1/4  teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1 gingerroot, 1-inch fresh piece, peeled
2 cloves garlic

Make
•Thaw wings in the refrigerator overnight, or thaw in the microwave.
•In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except chicken. Process until smooth. Place marinade and chicken pieces into a resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hours (or overnight).  
•Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil. Add chicken; brush generously with marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
•Bake wings, turning once, 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature on a digital thermometer reaches 180°F and wings turn a deep golden brown.

*Substitution Tip: You may substitute ¾ teaspoon ground ginger in place of the fresh gingerroot.
**Always remember to wash hands and working surfaces before and after preparing food

Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
3 oz. Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons Sour cream
Dash Tone’s Paprika
Dash Tone’s Cayenne Pepper Flakes
Sesame oil to taste

Make
•In a bowl, crumble blue cheese and add all ingredients. Whisk together and serve with wings.

Ginger Sour Drink
Ingredients
Ice
Ginger root, grated
1-1/2 oz. extra dry gin
1-1/2 oz. green apple vodka
1 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
1 oz. sweet and sour

Make
•Fill shaker and serving glass with ice.
•Add the rest of the ingredients, place lid on shaker and shake well.
•Pour and garnish with fresh ginger if desired.
