½ stick butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 fresh apricots
10 fresh cherries
½ cup Proseco wine
1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced
¼ teaspoon Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
2 Tyson® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
¼ teaspoon Tone’s® Salt
¼ teaspoon Tone’s® Freshly Ground Black Pepper
•Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
•For the glaze, melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add garlic to the pan, followed by apricots and cherries and cook for about 2 minutes.
•Add wine, Chinese Five Spice Seasoning and lemon juice. Season with Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste. Fruit should be very soft.
•For the chicken, heat a nonstick skillet until hot. Sprinkle Tyson® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Chinese Five Spice Seasoning and Tone’s® Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper. Add chicken to the skillet and sauté 5 minutes per side.
•Place chicken (still in skillet) in the oven for about 15 minutes.
•Remove from the oven, and spoon fruit sauce over the chicken and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and 180 degrees for bone in raw chicken products.
