Apple Pie Cocktail

Baked Stuffed Apples
4 sweet apples, hollowed
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon Tone’s® Cinnamon
1 -8oz. pack cream cheese
½ cup brown sugar
1/8 cube butter, quartered

•Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
•In a small mixing bowl, combine raisins, cranberries, Tone’s® Cinnamon, brown sugar and cream cheese.
•Roll about a tablespoon of the mixture in your hand until it will fit into the cavity of a hollowed apple.
•Stuff each apple and over-fill them. Top with cream cheese and a few raisins.
•Place 1 cube of butter on each apple and bake for 20 minutes or until apples are easily pierced with a toothpick.
•Let cool and serve.

Apple Pie Cocktail
1 ½ oz. sweet vermouth
1 ½ oz. clear rum
1 oz. apple vodka
½ oz. sour mix
Splash grenadine
½ lemon, juiced
Apple slice, garnish

•Fill shaker and glass with ice.
•Combine all ingredients in the shaker; shake well, pour and serve with apple slice as garnish.
