- Orange Glazed Chicken Wings
Queso Dip & Pigs in a Blanket


1 orange, sliced
1 blood orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1/3 cup sugar
Blueberries to taste
Raspberries to taste
Blackberries to taste
1 cup cranberry pomegranate juice
1/2 bottle red wine
1/2 cup vodka
2 mini cans Ginger Ale

•Add oranges, blood orange, lemon and lime to your pitcher.
•Add 1 cup of sugar, then add blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
•Add cranberry pomegranate juice.
•Add 1/2 bottle of red wine of your choosing, and vodka.
•Lastly add 2 mini cans of ginger ale to the pitcher and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. And serve.

Orange Glaze Chicken Wings
2 cups oil
2-1/2 lbs. Tyson Chicken Wings
Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste
Tone’s Granulated Garlic to taste
Tone’s Cayenne Pepper to taste
Glaze Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sambal
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup orange juice

•Place 2 cups of oil in an iron skillet on medium-high heat.
•Season Tyson chicken wings with Tone’s Salt & Pepper, Tone’s Granulated Garlic, and Tone’s Cayenne Pepper. Add seasonings to a bowl and using gloves, coat chicken wings liberally.
•Add chicken wings to the skillet. Once chicken is done, drain off oil and add to container with glaze, place on lid and shake to coat with glaze.
•To make the glaze, in a bowl whisk together Sambal, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and orange juice, and set aside.
Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and 180 degrees for bone in raw chicken products.

Pigs in a Blanket
Hot link sausage (as many as desired)
Pastry sheets (enough for sausage links)
1 Egg

•Pre-heat oven to 350⁰F.
•Wrap sausage links in pastry sheets, making sure they are tucked in to cover the link all the way around it.
•Place links on parchment paper on baking sheet and brush with egg wash (whisk eggs until smooth).
•Bake at 350⁰F for about 10-12 minutes.

Queso & Sausage Dip
1/2 log ground sausage
4 cups milk
Tone’s Salt
Colby jack cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour

•Cook sausage on the stovetop and render off fat.
•Add 4 cups of milk and Tone’s Salt to taste.
•Add Colby jack cheese and equal parts of butter and flour and stir everything together. When everything is blended well, serve with your favorite chip.
