Chicken in Red Wine
1 bulb garlic, smashed and chopped
3 small carrots, chopped
1 head celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
Fresh Parsley, chopped
5 sprigs rosemary
4 sprigs thyme
2 Tyson Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Tone’s Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Tone’s Yellow Curry to taste
Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste
2 cups red wine

•Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
•Smash and chop garlic bulb, set aside.
•Peel carrots and chop, and add to a large pan with oil heated on medium-high heat. Then chop and add celery, onion, parsley, rosemary and thyme to the pan.
•Add both Tyson Chicken Breasts right to the pan as well. Add garlic next, and move everything around with spatula or utensil to cook.
•Add Tone’s Red Pepper Flakes, Tone’s Yellow Curry, and Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste for seasoning.
•Add 2 cups of red wine and bring mixture to a boil.
•Add all contents to a baking dish and place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
•Remove, let cool and serve with vegetables.

Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and 180 degrees for bone in raw chicken products.

Root Vegetables
1/2 rutabaga, chopped
2 parsnips, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley, chopped to taste
1 bulb garlic, chopped
Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste
Tone’s Red Pepper Flakes to taste

•Chop rutabaga and add to blanching water (water that has been rolling to a boil).
•Chop parsnips and carrots, and add to blanching water. Once all vegetables have come back to a boil, drain.
•Add 1/2 stick of butter to a sauté pan and begin melting. You want butter to be brown, then add fresh herbs to pan: rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
•Add root vegetables to pan and sauté, until caramelized.
•Add garlic, making sure not to burn or over cook the garlic.
•Lastly, add Tone’s Salt & Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes to taste. Serve as a side.

Winner, Winner Drink
1-1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1-1/2 oz. sweet & sour mix
1-1/2 oz. apple flavored vodka
1 tablespoon cherry juice
1-1/2 oz. tonic water
2 cherries, garnish
1 apple slice & 3 cubes apples, garnish

•Fill shaker and serving glass with ice.
•Add all alcohol ingredients, cherry juice and tonic. Place lid on shaker and shake well.
•Add a little tonic water to glass then pour shaker mix into glass and garnish with cherries and apples; serve.
