Chicken Stir Fry
Honey Orange Martini

Chicken Stir Fry
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Few tablespoons sesame oil
1 ginger bulb, peeled & chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste
Green onions, sliced (as many as desired)
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Mirin
1 tablespoon Sambal
Pinch of sesame seeds
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 cup sticky rice

•Slice chicken breasts into strips and place in wok or sauté pan with sesame oil.
•Dice ginger and add to pan; also season with Tone’s Salt and Pepper to taste.
•Slice vegetables: red and green bell peppers, onion and green onion; add to pan.
•Add orange juice and soy sauce; then add Mirin and a Thai Chili sauce, Sambal. Add sesame seeds for texture, and lastly add honey.
•Serve with rice.

Honey Orange Martini
4 oz. orange juice
2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. tequila
1 oz. orange liqueur
Splash of Mirin
Sprite to taste
Honey, garnish
Blackberries, garnish

•Add ice to your shaker.
•Add orange juice, Red Ruby Grapefruit Juice, tequila, and orange liqueur.
•Add Mirin, and shake well.
•Rim serving glasses with honey and pour into Martini glasses. Add Sprite if desired and blackberries for garnish.
