Chocolate Chip Brownies

Chocolate Chip Brownies
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chips
1 stick butter
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch Tone’s® Ground Cinnamon
2 ½ cups flour

•Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Line a 13x9 inch baking pan with wax paper and grease the paper.
•Melt the all of the chocolate and butter together in the top of a double boiler, or in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water.
•Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together in a medium mixing bowl. Sift the flour over the mixture and fold to combine. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips.
•Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
•Bake at 350⁰ F for about 30 minutes. Brownies should be slightly moist inside. Let cool inside the pan.
•Once cool, remove brownies by running a knife around the edge and turn the pan over onto a baking sheet. Carefully remove the wax paper and re-flip onto another baking sheet if needed to cut into bars and serve.
