Recipe: Fresh Fruit Tarts
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 10-12 minutes
Yield: 16 cups
-1 sheet of prepared puff pastry
-1 3/4 cups DOVE Brand Milk Chocolate
-4 oranges, sectioned
-4 cups strawberries, slicked
-1 cup prepared lemon curd or vanilla pudding
-3-6 muffin tins
1. Take pastry sheets and cut out six 4-inch squares.
2. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
3. Set aside 12 pieces of DOVE Brand Milk Chocolate and melt the rest. Brush it inside the tart cups. Fill with a dollop of curd or pudding. Then, fill with orange sections and strawberries.
4. Top with a dollop of lemon curd or pudding and one piece of DOVE Brand Milk Chocolate.
