2 Tyson® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup flour
4 eggs, whisked
2 cups panko bread crumbs
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste
Tone’s® Cayenne Pepper
Oil for frying
•In a skillet or pan, heat oil for frying over medium-high heat.
•Cover your kitchen surface with plastic wrap and place Tyson® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts on top of the plastic and cover. Using a mallet or small pan or rolling pin, pound the chicken until flat. (Chicken should be much larger in size but not broken. Also you can place chicken in Ziploc® bags to pound.)
•Place flour, eggs and panko bread crumbs in separate bowls.
•Remove chicken from plastic and dip each chicken breast in flour. Shake off any excess and then submerge in egg, and then finally the bread crumbs. (Note: try to keep one hand wet and the other hand dry to help process go more smoothly.)
•Place chicken breasts in pan and fry on each side about 6-7 minutes, making sure to turn chicken every 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
•Once cooked remove, and let cool slightly on plate; cut into slices before serving with linguini.
Chicken must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees and 180 degrees for bone in raw chicken products.
You can also purchase Tyson® Sliced Boneless Skinless Breasts to save time instead of pounding out regular Boneless Skinless Breats.
½ cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed & chopped
½ lemon, juiced
1 roasted red pepper, chopped
6 stalks green onion, chopped 1 ¼ inch thick
½ lb. linguini, cooked
6 slices prosciutto ham, chopped
¼ cup parmesan
Tone’s® Salt &Pepper to taste
½ teaspoon Tone’s® Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh parsley, garnish
•In a medium sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat.
•Add garlic and cook until it begins to brown.
•Add lemon juice, red peppers and onion and sauté until they begin to soften.
•Add the cooked linguini to the pan, followed by prosciutto ham and parmesan cheese. Season to taste with Tone’s® Salt & Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, and garnish with fresh parsley.
•Once pasta is hot, serve by making a nest on your serving plate or dish and add sliced chicken on top.
