Fennel-Peach & Watermelon Salad
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh fennel tops, chopped
1 teaspoon Tone’s® Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoons clover honey
2 cups fresh peaches, sliced
2 cups watermelon, cubed
1 head fennel, sliced
2 oranges, sliced
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper to taste
•Whisk together orange juice, olive oil, fennel tops, Tone’s® Cayenne Pepper, and honey in a small bowl; set aside.
•Combine fennel, peaches, oranges and watermelon in a large bowl.
•Drizzle with orange juice mixture, tossing gently.
•Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
