Mixed Berry Brulee
3 Cups berries (any combination of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries)
1/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 Teaspoons Argo Cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
2 Tablespoons light sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

•Heat up 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon of Argo Corn Starch and 1 cup of Milk and mix well.
•While saucepan mixture is warming, beat 1 egg in a small bowl.
•Once steam comes off of saucepan, begin to slowly add the egg into the mixture. Do not scramble the egg.
•Add vanilla extract to the saucepan, and then remove from the heat for about 5 minutes to allow the mixture to cool down. Refrigerate, after cooled for at least half an hour to help thicken.
•After refrigerated, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well. Place back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
•Place berries in serving dish, cut up if desired.
•In a sauté pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar until golden brown.
•Layer Cream over berries, and then add caramelized sugar, until desired.

Heart Warmer Coffee
Whipped Cream
1 Cup Coffee
1 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Orange Cognac
1 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Tia Maria
Cinnamon Stick
Tone’s Cinnamon

•Take whipped cream and place in pastry bag
•Pour coffee into mug.
•Add Irish Cream, Orange Cognac, Frangelico, Crème de Cacao and Tia Maria to coffee. Stir with cinnamon stick.
•Pipe in a little whipped cream using pastry bag. Add a sprinkle of Tone’s Cinnamon and serve.
