BAXTER COUNTY, AR -- A man was arrested Wednesday after deputies say he tried to pass fraudulent urine during a mandatory drug test.

Shawn Austin of Midway faces obstructing governmental operations charges after trying to swap out bottled urine for his own during a court-ordered drug test.

Baxter County deputies say they discovered the bottle of urine duct-taped to his private parts during difficulties obtaining a sample.

Austin was taken to jail and has since bonded out.

His next court appearance is set for October.
