JACKSONVILLE, AR. -- Jason Woodring, 37, of Jacksonville, AR. was arrested at his home a day after an explosion was reported in the area.
FBI agents said Woodring admitted responsibility for a series of attacks on electrical towers and stations starting in August.
Woodring is charged with destruction of an energy facility.
According to the U.S Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Woodring is expected to appear in federal court on Tuesday for an initial appearance.
When the FBI responded, they found evidence connecting Woodring to sabotaging the parts of the electric grid on three separate occasions.
Two other cases Woodring is a suspect in are from October 6th when 9000 customers lost power and on August 21st when power lines were cut down and stretched across train tracks.
