The cost to enjoy the campgrounds at the Buffalo National River are going up by a few bucks.
Park officials say the increase is the first in 10 years and necessary because of the rising operational costs.
Starting November 15th, the fee for drive-in sites at Buffalo Point will jump from $17 to $22.
The walk-in fees at different spots including Kyle's Landing and Steel Creek will go up between $2 and $4.
Park officials say the extra revenue will allow them to continue basic campground maintenance along with improvements.
