HOME SALES SOAR

Existing homes sales hitting a seven-year high in 2013, that according to the National Association of Realtors. Just over five million previously occupied homes selling last year, a 9% annual increase. Prices also heading higher with the average existing home going for $197,000 last year.

Toyota Motors keeping it's crown as 'The World's Best-Selling Automaker' for 2013. Toyota beat runner-up General Motors by a spread of 270,000 vehicles. For the second year in a row, Toyota predicts sales for 2014 to top ten million.

MODEL S FOR HOW MUCH?!?

Tesla launching the Model S in China, for $121,000. The Model S won the Motor Trend Car of the Year award in 2013. The electric car maker claims the pricing of the car is a deal for Chinese consumers. Tesla closing up better than one percent.

STOP THE BLEEDING...

A bad week gets worse for Wall Street. The Dow Jones plummeting 176 points Thursday. Things weren't much better for the Nasdaq which saw nearly a 25 point drop. Keeping with Thursday's trend, the S&P 500 fell 16 points to close out the day.
