TWITTER'S NEW LOOK

Twitter is getting a new look. The social media site says "a refreshed Twitter.com" will have the look and feel of mobile apps. Twitter has been testing out the new design on about 1% of users. The main change is a built-in compose box that will make it easier to tweet.

Desktop and laptop users may not see the new look right away. Twitter did not set a timetable for the full rollout.

MOST COMPLAINED ABOUT CARD 'IN YOUR WALLET'

Capital One is in the lead for the most complained about credit card. That's according to numbers from the U.S. Public Interest Research Group. The complaints went to the Consumer Financial Protect Bureau starting in 2011. Capital One got the most with 21% of the complaints. It was followed by Citibank, Bank of America and Chase.

Capital One says its research shows differently and that it's committed to resolving any issues with customers.

WALL STREET REBOUND

The Dow Jones bounces back from bad start to the week gaining 116 points to close the day Tuesday. The Nasdaq rose 70 points, and the S&P 500 closed the day plus 20.
