Countdown To Kickoff: What Does It Take To Get Razorback Stadium Ready?

FAYETTEVILLE, AR. -- We are just a few days away from the first game of the season, but what do the folks at Donald W. Reynolds stadium do to get the area ready for the crowd?
FAYETTEVILLE, AR. -- It's down to just four days before kickoff at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. As fans await that first game of the season, folks at Razorback Stadium are putting the finishing touches on the field and bleachers.

The 500,000 square foot facility will be the home on Saturday to thousands of fans roaring for the razorbacks, but Justin Maland with the Razorback Stadium says he and his crew have been working ahead of the big game to make sure the stadium looks great.

"Obviously, it's quite the task. It's a year round task to be quite frank. You basically take a facility, you shut it down in November, you bring it halfway back up in April and then you obviously have to get it back to 100 percent in August," he said.

Kickoff for the big game on Saturday is at 3:00 p.m. against Louisiana Lafayette.
