CLINTON, AR - Arkansas State Police have released the names of those killed in Monday's log truck accident at a construction site on Highway 65.

Hubert Keith Moore, 51, of Chester was pronounced dead at the scene, and Ricardo Trochez, 40, of Atkins, died after being taken to a Clinton hospital.

The accident report also lists the driver of the log truck as Jerry Lyn Hickman, 39, of Bee Branch, who was listed as injured in the crash. His current condition is unknown.

The accident reports also notes that a rear tire blew out on Hickman's truck as he approached the construction site, causing his load of logs to shift and overturn the truck.

A total of 21 were injured after a log truck lost its brakes, flipped over and spilled logs onto a bridge construction site. It happened Monday afternoon along Highway 65, shutting down the highway and backing up traffic for miles.

Sheriff Scott Bradley with the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office says 40 men were working at the site. He says the falling logs hurt 21 of the workers, leaving 12 of them with serious injuries.  Three of the injured were flown by helicopter to hospitals while seven more went by ambulance. There's no further word on their conditions.

The accident is under investigation by the Arkansas State Police.
