LITTLE ROCK, AR-- An amendment to legalize alcohol sales across the Natural State is headed to the November ballot.
LITTLE ROCK, AR-- An amendment to legalize alcohol sales across the Natural State is headed to the November ballot.

According to Arkansas Secretary of State Mark Martin, the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Amendment met the signature requirements on Friday to get on the ballot in November.

The proposed amendment has 87,102 valid signatures.

Registered voters will decide on the proposed amendment that if approved, would legalize the sale, manufacture and transportation of alcohol statewide.
