Chilrhea Celebrates Nine Years Benefiting Alzheimers Association

FAYETTEVILLE, AR. --- Chili lovers chowed down at the Fayetteville Town Center on Saturday.
FAYETTEVILLE, AR. --- Saturday marked the 9th annual Chilrhea cook off.

35 teams cooked their best batch of chili this year.

Prizes, a silent auction and a whole lot of pride were up for grabs for the best recipe.

"It supports Alzheimer's Arkansas and Alzheimer's Association. The proceeds directly benefit those organizations we will actually write a check. It's a once a year raising money for them," said Payton Bridewell, board member for the event.

This  years them was the Olympics. Brad Reed emceed the event.
