'Full House' May Be Making A Comeback With Original Cast

KNWA via TODAY-- "Full House," the popular show from the 80s and 90s, could be making a comeback with almost all the original cast members.

According to TV Guide, John Stamos, the actor who played Uncle Jesse, is trying to bring the show back to prime time, and he's not alone in his efforts. His former co-stars, Bob Saget (Danny), Dave Coulier (Joey), Andrea Barber (Kimmy), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie), and Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.) are reportedly in on the plans, too.

Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, the twins behind the character Michelle, have not said whether or not they will take part. In 2012, Ashley told Elle magazine that she wouldn't return to acting.

"The legacy is so important to us," Stamos said in an interview in January. "Every year, it just gets deeper and more important to everybody. We just have to do it right. We're sort of working on a twist on a sequel, but we don't know if it's going to happen yet or not."

There is reason to believe "Full House" will have some type of comeback show, but fans shouldn't get all their hopes up yet. According to TV Guide, Stamos has not responded to their report.
