WASHINGTON COUNTY -- The Washington County Sheriff's Officer has released the 911 call made from the inside home of Wednesday's deadly shooting.
WASHINGTON COUNTY -- The Washington County Sheriff's Officer has released the 911 call made from the inside home of Wednesday's deadly shooting.

According to investigators the caller, Roberta Hill, said her son, 26-year-old Sam Hill, had just shot her husband Allen Hill in the chest. He later died from those injuries. But before deputies arrived, dispatchers lost contact with Roberta Hill.

According to the Sheriff's Office, the dispatcher who was taking the 911 call was also dispatching the call to deputies, that’s why there is a delay at times with his voice in the conversation.

The caller accidentally disconnected and dispatchers tried many times to re-establish contact but were unable to do so. They even tried to have an operator break through the line but that was unsuccessful as well.
