LITTLE ROCK, AR-- A group supporting expanded alcohol sales in Arkansas has submitted more than 84,000 signatures in an effort to get its proposal on the November ballot.
LITTLE ROCK - A group supporting expanded alcohol sales in Arkansas has submitted more than 84,000 signatures in an effort to get its proposal on the November ballot.

'Let Arkansas Decide,' the group for expanding alcohol sales in Arkansas, turned in 84,969 signatures Monday to the Secretary of State's office.

The group needed at least 78,000 signatures to qualify.

The alcohol measure would legalize alcohol sales in all 75 counties.

Right now, 35 counties in Arkansas are dry.
