FAYETTEVILLE, AR. --- Some of the plaintiff's involved in the case that helped rule the ban on gay marriage in Arkansas as unconstitutional live in NWA.
NORTHWEST ARKANSAS --- Cody Renegar and his partner have been working against the same-sex marriage ban for many years. Renegar said Friday's news was very exciting, but that he expected Eureka Springs to be the first place people would go to get married.
"Eureka always has been at the forefront of equality and it's no surprise they're the first to issue the licenses," said Renegar.
