Families in South Korea waiting for word on their loved ones after a ferry accident.The ferry was carrying mostly students and teachers from a South Korean high school to a resort island when it sank in the Yellow Sea. A South Korean news station reports at least six people are dead. Nearly 300 are still missing. Officials don't know what caused the ferry to sink.

The man arrested in a bomb hoax at the Boston Marathon finish line makes a court appearance. Kevin Edson is facing felony charges, including possession of a hoax explosive device and making a false bomb threat. Edson was arrested Tuesday night on Bolyston Street near the race finish line. Police evacuated the area after two bags were found on the street. No explosives were found, but police say Edson's backpack contained a rice cooker. He faces up to 20 years in state prison.

Personal data theft online is on the rise. A new survey from the Pew Research Center shows nearly 1 in 5 adult web users reported having important personal information such as their Social Security number or credit card number stolen. That's up seven percent from those who reported the same in July 2013.

Singer Miley Cyrus canceled her Tuesday night concert in Kansas City because of an illness. Her rep tells CNN she was hospitalized for "a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics." The 21-year-old singer tweeted an apology and photo to fans from her hospital bed.

Paul Walker's family is stepping in to finish his role in "Fast & Furious 7." His brothers, Caleb and Cody, are filling in for the remaining scenes he didn't get to complete. The movie's producers made the announcement in a Facebook post Tuesday. Walker died in a fiery crash during a Thanksgiving break last November, forcing a halt to production.
