Tone's Feature Recipe: Rosemary Garlic Salmon with Greek Style Salsa
Less Stress Salmon Drink

Salmon
Ingredients
2 salmon filets, dried
Olive oil
Tone’s Rosemary Garlic, to taste

Make
•Preheat oven to 400⁰F.
•Dry salmon. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, and place filets in pan.
•Season generously on both sides with Tone’s Rosemary Garlic and cook until filets begin to brown and form crust on the outside.
•Using tongs, remove from pan and place in greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Dressing
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Tone’s Rosemary Garlic
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Olive oil
Tone’s Salt & Pepper to taste

Make
•Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir together using a whisk.

Greek Style Salsa
Ingredients
1 red onion, chopped
5 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
Dressing (see recipe above)
Feta cheese to taste

Make
•Chop red onion and set aside in a bowl.
•Cut tomatoes into fourths and remove seeds; add to bowl.
•Remove seeds from cucumber and chop; add to bowl.
•Strain olives and chop; add to the bowl.
•Add dressing to bowl and mix together.
•Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and add Feta cheese to taste before serving with Salmon.

Less Stress Salmon Drink
Ingredients
Ice
1-1/2 oz. vodka
1-1/2 oz. light rum
1 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. Orange Strawberry Sunny Delight
1 lime slice, garnish

Make
•Fill shaker and serving glass with ice.
•Add vodka, light rum, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice and Sunny Delight. Place lid on shaker and shake well.
•Pour into glass and garnish with lime if desired; serve.
