A woman is accusing Justin Bieber of attempted robbery of her cellphone. TMZ said it spoke with a woman identifying herself as the one who filed the complaint with police. The woman said Bieber and his crew got into a fight at a batting cage in Sherman Oaks Monday night. She says Bieber saw her reaching for her cell phone, and demanded she hand it over so he could delete any photos she may have snapped. She said when she refused, he reached into her purse and grabbed it.

NUMBER 4 - WHERE IS CASEY KASEM?
In Los Angeles Monday, a judge ordered state officials to look for radio legend Casey Kasem. The order came after a lawyer for Kasem's wife told the judge he didn't know where Kasem was. Kasem, 82, suffers from Parkinson's Disease and can no longer speak. He's believed to be in the care of his wife, Jean Kasem. Kasem's three adult children from a previous marriage have been battling jean in court over access to their dad.

NUMBER 3 - MAN BARRICADES HIMSELF INSIDE TV STATION
Maryland police arrested a man they say rammed his truck through the lobby of a TV station. The Baltimore Sun reports he was captured in a second-floor room at ABC affiliate WMAR after a more than five-hour barricade situation. Authorities described the unidentified 29-year-old as mentally ill, and say he was watching the ordeal unfold on TV. The station was evacuated and a nearby school was placed on lockdown. No injuries were reported.

NUMBER 2 - MINERS TRAPPED BY EXPLOSION
Workers in Western Turkey are trying to rescue miners trapped by an explosion and fire in a coal mine. The government says at least 70 miners have been killed, 30 workers were rescued, and as many as 400 might still be underground. The injured are suffering from burns and suffocation. Officials say the fire was triggered by an exploding transformer.

NUMBER 1 - MAGIC JOHNSON RESPONDS TO STERLING SLAM
Magic Johnson responded to Donald Sterling's comments slamming his character, battle with HIV and contributions to the black community. In an interview that aired on CNN Monday, the disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner called Johnson an unfit role model for children and said he didn't do enough to help minorities. "I just wish he knew the facts when he's talking. But he's a man who's upset and he's reaching. He's reaching. He's trying to find something that he can grab on to help him save his team. And it's not going to happen. It's not going to happen," Johnson told Anderson Cooper Tuesday. Johnson says he does not hold grudges, and will continue to pray for Sterling.
