U of A Law School Voted #1 Best Value

FAYETTEVILLE, AR-- The University of Arkansas School of Law was voted the 'best value law school' in the nation.
FAYETTEVILLE, AR-- PreLaw Magazine dubbed the University of Arkansas School of Law the number one 'Best Value Law School' the the country. This is the fourth year in a row the U of A has been ranked in the top 20. Last year, it came in at second in the nation.

Stacy Leeds, Dean and professor of law at the U of A, is quoted in the article saying it takes continued fiscal discipline to stay at the top. She says, "We aren't spending money on things that aren't necessary. We're used to surviving and thriving on less." Leeds also talks about how the school has been able to increase funding for bar prep and career counseling. 

According to the article, the "Best Value" list is compiled using a variety of important factors including tuition, debt accumulation, bar passage rate, employment success, and cost of living.
