If you're hitting the road for the holidays, you should have some extra spending money, according to gasbuddy.com. Pump prices are dropping, just in time for the holiday, averaging at about $3.27 a gallon nationwide. That's about 16 cents less a gallon than last year. In total, that translates into more than $1.9 billion folks could be spending on things like holiday shopping deals. A new map from gasbuddy.com highlights who spends the most on fuel in the country. Arkansas is in the red zone, meaning we're actually seeing gas prices a little higher than in 2012. But in places like Utah, people will see up to a 20 cent decrease. Check out the map here.
