Gas Price Update: How Low Will These Prices Go?

Gas prices continue to fall, leaving drivers to feel a little less pain at the pump.
According to GasBuddy.com the average price of gas in Arkansas has fallen 5.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.91/g as of yesterday. This is compared to the national average of $3.20 per gallon. Including the change in gas prices in Arkansas during the past week, prices yesterday were 25.5 cents/gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 21.6 cents/gallon lower than a month ago.

GasBuddy.com Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan says, "Last year on this date drivers saw just 1% of stations selling under that level, so motorists aren't doing too shabby."
