Guilty Plea in Prairie Grove Capital Murder Case

WASHINGTON COUNTY, AR-- One of several people accused in the capital murder of a Prairie Grove man, has pleaded guilty in Washington County court.
WASHINGTON COUNTY, AR-- One of several people accused in the capital murder of a Prairie Grove man, has pleaded guilty in Washington County court. Anthony Swinford is one of four people accused of beating Ronnie Bradley to death back in December. Tuesday, under a plea deal, Swinford pleaded guilty to first degree murder and kidnapping. He's been sentenced to 80 years in prison His brother, Timothy Swinford, along with Heather Swain and James Patton, have been charged with Accomplice to Capital Murder and Kidnapping. Prosecutors have not yet decided whether to seek the death penalty against the remaining defendants. The trio is scheduled to be in court January 13th.
