HARRISON, AR -- A controversial billboard is still standing along bypass 62-65.

HARRISON, AR -- A controversial billboard is still standing along bypass 62-65.

Many residents say it's a racist message, but the man behind it, who wishes to remain anonymous, says it's a political statement.

Harrison Mayor Jeff Crockett addressed the community and some of their concerns on Monday, saying the controversial billboard is an example of freedom of speech.

Those against the billboard say they will continue to protest until it comes down.
