Help Offered for Higher Heating Bills

ROGERS, AR - If you need help with higher heating bills this winter, there might be some available.

The Office of Human Concern will soon be accepting applications for the 2014 Regular and Crisis Winter Energy Assistance Program for people who qualify in Benton, Carroll and Madison Counties.  It will start doing interviews on January 6th at their main office in Rogers, at 506 East Spruce. The program is set up to help low-income families with the rising cost of energy.
