They'll average about $3.27 a gallon this year nationwide. That's 16 cents less a gallon than last Thanksgiving. That translates to more than $1.9 billion more dollars to spend on things like Black Friday deals. Check out this new map from gasbuddy.com, highlighting who spends the most on fuel in the country.
Arkansas is in the red zone, meaning we're actually seeing gas prices a little higher than in 2012. But in places like Utah, people will see up to a 20 cent decrease.
