They'll average about $3.27 a gallon this year nationwide. That's 16 cents less a gallon than last Thanksgiving. Arkansas is in the red zone, meaning we're actually seeing gas prices a little higher than in 2012. But in places like Utah, people will see up to a 20 cent decrease.
