A new report out by Washington Post breaks down the ACA numbers by individual state. California boasts the biggest numbers with 35,364 selecting plans as of November 19th. North Dakota has the fewest - just 42 people reportedly finished the sign-up. These numbers aren't too surprising when you consider population. These numbers mean .0009% of the approximately 38 million Californians took advantage of the program - while, with North Dakota's nearly 700,000 population, about .00006% choose plans.
In the Natural State, a reported 250 signed up or about .00009% of Arkansans which ranks us 40th in the country for sign-ups.
