About a dozen children thought they were just there to take a tour, but then Santa popped out of a plane and gave each one a remote control helicopter.
The festive fun didn't end there. Each got to go on a night-flight to see Christmas lights from the sky, from the perspective of Santa's sleigh.
"Flying is something special," says Patrick Carter, the pilot. "Our goal is to get these kids excited about something they can do as possibly a career or a hobby, give them some goals to shoot for in life."
Carter helped organize the surprise to share the joy of flight for Christmas and to give the kids something they'd never forget!
