An Elm Springs man is behind bars after police find him behind the wheel of a stolen fork lift.
Lukas Pennington, 21, told witnesses he was "just test driving it", according to his arrest report.
Pennington now faces a felony charge of motor vehicle theft.
The report states Springdale police found Pennington in the drivers seat of the forklift, stuck in a ditch off Johnson Road.
It had recently been delivered to the Tyson building off Highway 412 to use for roof construction.
