Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas are taking a break from their marriage. A rep for Zeta-Jones confirmed to CNN that the couple is in the middle of "evaluating" their relationship. The couple held strong through Douglas' cancer diagnosis and Zeta-Jones' bipolar II disorder treatment. Douglas overcame his illness in 2011.
A South Miami man was arraigned today in the case of a grisly crime involving Facebook. Police say Derek Medina posted a photo of his wife just moments after shooting her to death. Today he pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder with a deadly weapon.

Legalizing marijuana in the United States is a hot button issue. For now advocates of the law are getting a pass in Colorado and Washington state. Attorney General Eric Holder announced Thursday the Justice Department won't try to block laws that legalize pot in these states. 19 states and the District of Columbia allow some legal use of pot, including medicinal use.
Starting early this morning, fast-food workers across the country are demanding better pay. Workers in more than 50 cities are calling on employers to pay them a minimum of $15 an hour. They also want to form unions. It's not the first protest, but organizers say this is the largest strike to hit the industry.
