NUMBER 5 - JACKSONS TO PERFORM IN VEGAS RESIDENCY
The Jacksons are preparing for a residency in Sin City. Michael Jackson's brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon will perform 40 shows at Planet Hollywood, starting February 20th. The Jacksons will sing their hits, tell unheard stories and take audiences through their careers.

NUMBER 4 - OCTOMOM FACING FRAUD CHARGES
Nadya Suleman, also known as "octomom" after giving birth to octuplets, is facing welfare fraud charges. Suleman is accused of not reporting money she earned as a topless dancer and adult film actress. The 38-year old mother of 14 has not been arrested but has been ordered to appear before an L.A. County judge. If convicted, she could be sentenced to more than five years in prison.

NUMBER 3 - PLANE LANDS AT WRONG AIRPORT
A Southwest Airlines flight landed at the wrong airport Sunday night. The plane was carrying more than 100 passengers and was scheduled to land at Missouri's Branson Airport. Instead, it showed up at Taney County Airport, about seven miles from the intended destination. Southwest says the two veteran pilots have been removed from flying duty as an investigation is launched by the NTSB.

NUMBER 2 - UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS VOTE POSTPONED
Senate leaders have postponed a key procedural vote on an extension of long-term unemployment benefits. The vote was scheduled for Monday. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says he's delaying it until Tuesday, so negotiations on the bill can continue. Democrats and Republicans are trying to hammer out a deal to pay for the bill, which could cost anywhere from $6 billion to $25 billion, depending on the length of the extension.

NUMBER 1 - MOVIE THEATRE SHOOTING
One man is dead and his wife wounded after a shooting inside a Florida movie theater Monday. The suspected gunman is in custody. Authorities say it started as an argument between two couples. The suspect and his wife reportedly became agitated with the victim's for using a cell phone during the movie previews. During the argument, police say the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the man, and his wife was injured when she tried to intervene.
